This condensing gas-fired oil boiler features an innovative double-drum vertical layout and a state-of-the-art room combustion D-type arrangement, ensuring higher efficiency and stability. The boiler's ingenious construction, with a high-performance furnace on the right and convection tube bundles on the left, enhances thermal conversion efficiency. The boiler body is anchored to the chassis by movable supports at the center and both ends of the lower drum, designed to allow the entire structure to expand freely at both ends during thermal expansion and contraction, thus improving operational stability and longevity.

Around the furnace, narrow-gap membrane-type water-cooled walls significantly elevate thermal efficiency while ensuring safe furnace operation. Notably, the completely sealed division between the membrane water-cooled wall on the left side of the furnace and the convection tube bundles prevents heat loss and maintains safety during operation. The convection tube bundle area features a sparse staggered structure at the rear and an inline structure at the front, ingeniously merging to optimize heat exchange efficiency.

The flue gases produced by combustion flow from the rear of the furnace into the burnout chamber and convection tube bundle area. Following a carefully designed path, the gases are then directed to the spiral finned tube economizer and condenser on the front left side of the boiler. This meticulous heat transfer process significantly enhances energy utilization. Finally, the treated flue gases are discharged into the atmosphere through flues, greatly minimizing environmental impact.
